On the 26th April residents at Tiwi Gardens were treated to a wonderful visit from several Dripstone Duke of Edinburgh students, in light of their recent commemoration of Anzac Day.
The students enjoyed talking with the residents and were inspired by their wealth of knowledge and experience! The students prepared speeches that told some of the stories of Darwin soldiers from WWI, which were all very received by the residents.
They concluded the visit with a beautiful morning tea. Thank you to the students and residents for sharing!
